Chalet Terrachu has a lovely lakeside position in Tignes le Lac and offers fantastic views across the frozen lake to Val Claret. Chalet Terrachu - sleeps 28-32 (room numbers in brackets):
ground floor: Entrance hallway leading onto the reception and bar. Lounge and fireplace. Dining room with views over the frozen lake.2 superior refurbished interconnecting bedrooms on the ground floor each with a separate external entrance and ideal for family groups who wish to take both rooms. One bedroom sleeps four with a double bed, single and single sofa bed with private bath & WC (15). Next door is a twin bedroom (14) with private bath & WC and room for a cot (the interconnecting door is locked when different groups take these rooms).
first floor: A choice of twin bedrooms each with private bathroom, WC and some with an enclosed 'conservatory style' balcony and lake views.
Small quad bedroom with a double and bunks and a private bathroom with WC (8). The 'conservatory style' balconies are actually closed in balconies with large windows that can be opened.
At one end of the hotel is a small turret which contains circular bedrooms with excellent views.
turret first floor: Double bedroom with washbasin and private bathroom with WC on the corridor (10). Separate bathroom with WC.
turret second floor: Twin bedroom with washbasin (12).
turret third floor: Twin bedroom with washbasin (11). Rooms 11 & 12 share the bathroom on the first floor of the turret.
Please note: Rooms 10, 11 and 12 do not take cots.
