Banff ski information
The spectacular Banff and Lake Louise area lies within a National Park with wild elk, moose and deer wandering around this beautiful part of the Rockies. Banff Town is friendly with a great array of places to eat, pubs and shops. Lake Louise is a tranquil area with just a small collection of good restaurants and laid back bars. The three ski areas of Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise are all connected by a bus shuttle service and offer an impressive amount of ski runs between them.

Ski Information Beginners
All three mountains offer plenty of gentle slopes and good ski schools, perfect for complete beginners or those who just want to take it easy.
Ski Information Intermediates
Sunshine Village and Lake Louise ski resort offer endless runs for the intermediate skier, most of which are wide open runs, plus there are some gentle bowls for the adventurous.
Ski Information Advanced
An advanced or expert skier or boarders’ playground, the back bowls on Lake Louise are phenomenal. On Sunshine try the steeps and bumps on Goats Eye Mountain and if you are after a real challenge then Delirium Dive for pros only.
Ski Information Snowboarding
Freeriders should head for the Mystic Ridge lift on Mount Norquay for the best riding on the mountain where long blue runs snake through the trees.
Family choice
All 3 mountains offer daycare for children aged 19 months to 6 years with licenced facilities and supervised indoor and outdoor activities (pre-booking essential). Ski kindergarten for 3-6 years also available. Call our Family Hotline on 0870 160 4070 for further details
