Skiing and snowboarding in Kitzbühel

Ski Information Beginners

The wide open nursery slopes at the bottom of the Hahnenkamm gondola, close to the town centre, are where the famous 'Red Devils' ski school meet. These nursery slopes provide the perfect introduction to skiing. The Kitzbüheler Horn also offers some great wide, undemanding blue runs.

Ski Information Intermediates

Amidst the wealth of slopes on the huge ski circus, linked by an efficient lift system and a free ski bus service, intermediates are in their element - the swooping, wooded runs of the Ehrenbachhöhe and the exhilarating descents of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Bärenbachkogel at Jochberg, to name but a few of the challenging and manageable pistes in store for the competent skier.

Ski Information Advanced

Proficient skiers will certainly want to test their skills on the 'Hahnenkamm Streif', considered by many to be the most testing of all the international racing pistes. If you dream of gigantic moguls and exhilarating off-piste, the Ehrenbachhöhe is not to be missed.

Ski Information Snowboarding

The terrain on the Kitzbüheler Horn is one of Tirol's most scenic and popular snowboarding areas and home to the local board park. Beginners can take advantage of the wide open blues down from Ehrenbachhöhe, whilst the new 3S gondola opens up a whole new area for the more advanced boarders.
