Meals

Meals provided at our Chalets and ChaletHotels meals include:

• Hearty breakfasts
• Tasty afternoon refreshments, including hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes
• Freshly prepared 3-course evening meal 6 nights per week*
• Complimentary wine served with your evening meal

*Chalet staff have one day off a week. For this day breakfast and afternoon tea will be left out for you and for your evening meal you have the opportunity to enjoy a meal in one of the resort restaurants.

Chalet Service

All chalets now benefit from service of Crystal Ski chalet hosts, providing a comfortable and welcoming holiday with a more personal touch

Facilities

To make your stay more enjoyable all our chalets are equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player. Or if you need to recover from a hard day on the slopes why not try a Chalet with a sauna or a JACUZZI® whirlpool.

Please note: the majority of our Chalets and ChaletHotels are designated non-smoking areas. Smokers are encouraged to make use of the balcony or terrace when the need arises.

Kids

Kids are more than welcome at our Chalets and ChaletHotels. To ensure your whole family get the most out of your holiday, we have:

• FREE kids places in selected chalets
• Triple and four-bedded rooms
• Special meals for children
• Earlier meal times for children
• Pre-bookable cots and highchairs available
• A variety of entertainment individual to each property, including books, board games, CD and DVD players

Your own Chalet

If you would like any Chalet or ChaletHotel for just you and your party, but haven't filled all the beds, there is an under occupancy charge per unoccupied bed, per night. Please contact our web reservations team (0871 664 9206) who can arrange this for you.

Premier Chalets

All our Premier chalets offer something extra:

• Apéritifs and canapés
• Selection of wines with dinner
• Cheese board every day
• Fresh coffee and after-dinner chocolates
• Toiletries, bathrobes and slippers

By choosing a Premier Chalet you'll also enjoy our new Concierge Service, giving you the luxury of First Choice staff on hand. Someone will:

• Call before you travel to answer any questions and deal with requests
• Deliver pre-ordered items (excluding ski equipment)
• Provide assistance with organising your ski equipment on the first day
• Ensure your first day at ski school gets off to a smooth start
• Personalised welcome drinks and information on your arrival
• Provide a reservation service for resort and mountain restaurants

Groups of 10 or more people staying at any of our Chalets or ChaletHotels can also benefit from our Concierge Service, but the delivery of pre-ordered items does not apply.

Please note: if there are other groups in your property, your resort team may have to share their time.
