We have hundreds of free child places available but they don't last forever! Book early to secure your free child place and make great savings online.

We offer a number of free child places on selected holidays/dates. These are generally found on holidays departing outside of 12 weeks. This is how the free child offer works:

• Free child places may be available for holidays that show the 'Free Kids' logo on the accommodation details pages
• Only the first child may qualify, who must share the room or apartment with at least two full-fare paying passengers

There are some restrictions on free child places:

• They cannot be combined with other special offers, including group discounts
• They may not be available for every type of accommodation on every departure date
• Free child places do not count towards occupancy
• The child's age must comply with the age restrictions of the holiday, hotel or apartment
• Only one free child place can be claimed in any room or apartment
• You must pay for in-flight meals or premium service charge for the child if required, where applicable
• You must pay insurance charges, any optional meal or room supplements, aviation insurance, security charge and Air Passenger Duty
• You must pay for the sitting together option for the child if you require this
• If the first child is free, a second child still pays the second child price
• Normal deposit charges apply for each free child place and we will deduct this sum from your total invoice

Please note: we reserve the right to amend the dates for free child places depending on availability.

Enjoy peace of mind and take to the slopes knowing your children are in safe hands and having a great time! Kids' Academy is our own dedicated Créche and Kids' Clubs tailored to 3 age groups from 6 months to 12 years and based at the following 3 hotels:

Hotel Petit Prince in Alpe d'Huez, France - Guests staying at any of our First Choice accommodations in Alpe d'Huez are welcome to pre-book places, except those residing in the Hotel Pic Blanc, Residence Quartier des Bergers and Bergers Apartments due to their distance from the Kids' Club base. These guests should speak with our resort team upon arrival who will be happy to offer advice about use of this facility.

Hotel Alpina in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia - Guests staying at any of our First Choice accommodations in Kranjska Gora are welcome to pre-book places.

Hotel Snow Princess in Yllas, Lapland - Guests staying at this hotel are welcome to pre-book places. As our other First Choice accommodations in Yllas are located some distance from the Kids' Club base, these guests should speak with our resort team upon arrival who will be happy to offer advice about use of this facility.

Our daytime Créche and Kids' Club sessions are available to pre-book as 6 full day or half day packages operating from 8.30am-5pm.

Lunch is not included but can be provided and is payable locally or kids can bring their own food.

Families wanting less than 6 days may be able to book locally in resort, depending on the number of pre-reserved places.

Twinkle Stars Créche 6-35 months

• Friendly and fun qualified (NNEB/CACHE or equivalent) nannies

Little Stars Kids' Club 3-7 years

• Dedicated, energetic and fun-loving Kids' Reps
• Ratio of 1 Kids' Rep to 8 children
• Varied mix of indoor toys, games, sports and arts & crafts and outdoor snow-based play

Super Stars Skiers Club 7-12 years

• Option to book Kids' Club only sessions or a 6 full day package combining Kids' Club with ski school each in half day sessions (morning or afternoon)
• Exclusively working with the renowned ESF ski school in Alpe d'Huez and their equivalents in Slovenia and Lapland.
• Super Stars Club supervision and activities before and after ski school
• Escort service to and from ski school each day
• Free helmets provided
• Ratio of 1 Kids' Rep to 8 children

Evening Activities

Our evening Créche, Kids' Club and Family Club must be booked and paid for locally in resort and are exclusively for guests staying at our 3 Kids' Club hotels.

Evening Créche 6-35 months

• Quiet relaxation time for little ones
• Bedtime stories and lullabies
• Available 3 evenings a week between 7.30-10.30pm

Pyjama Evening Club 3-12 years

• Activities tailored to both younger and older age groups including videos, games, music and mini-discos
• Ratio of 1 Kids' Rep to 10 children
• Available 4 evenings a week between 7.30-10.30pm

Twilight Family Club

• Great way to relax as a family after a day on the slopes
• Activities can include Family Team Challenges, Parlour Games and Marshmallow Toasting*
• Available on selected evenings between 4-7pm*
